10+ years accumulative experience with linux based infrastructure and full-stack development. Specializing in Rust, Java, Python, and JavaScript (React). I have extensive experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure, building secure, scalable systems.
I’m passionate about security, with a focus on offensive security research and a strong understanding of the OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities to ensure the systems I build are secure. With a background in Support Troubleshooting, Systems Administration, and Development, I combine technical proficiency with strong customer relations skills, making complex problems easy to understand.
Originating from the Great Lakes area of Western New York, I became fascinated with computers at a young age. I spent countless hours exploring computer forums, from security to development, reading and trying to understand the code. From playing with bat scripts to messing with the dos prompt, from early on I was always playing around trying to figure out how the operating systems, programs, and even malware worked. During middle school, at a friends house, I was introduced to Linux and the FOSS community. I immediately went home and took the plunge, wiping Windows completely and quickly realizing that things were different here. I had to learn to manually compile kernel modules to get my NVidia graphics and Broadcom wifi drivers working. (bc you, know OF COURSE). I realized my games would no longer work.. but it was really cool like REALLY cool. I was allowed to break things, build things, and seriously interact with the operating system. This sparked my journey into the world of linux, leading into my interest in offensive security and software development.
